Our focus is the year of 1699 with Louisiana's First Mardi Gras and will integrate education on Cajun Culture through our non-profit Acadiana Enlightenment. Centrally located from many other Faires, we look forward to growing and bringing more employment and education of Louisiana and its traditions. |
