The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR) will share the pros and cons of the seven proposed Constitutional Amendments. We will also be joined by legislators from our region who authored one of the Amendments – Sen. Mark Abraham, Rep. Beau Beaullieu, and Rep. Mike Huval – pending their schedule during the Special Session.
